Rough Teamfight Guide
  • Poke with Q, then engage with E and turn on W to burst. If the assassination succeeds, use E CDR to escape or keep dealing damage.
  • More than anything, landing as much of R as possible is the most important. Because Execute can also be triggered by allied attacks. Casting R plainly takes a long time to trigger. Q Slow and coordination with allied skills are crucial.
Overview
  • P is On-Hit Magic Damage. Magic Damage increases based on the target's missing health. Caps at 30%.
  • During its duration, Q fires up to 3 Pierce Projectiles. Deals Magic Damage and applies Mark, Slow. The 3rd Q applies an enhanced Slow. Restores Mana Restore and CDR for each Q not thrown. Hitting with Basic Attack, E1, or E DashBasic Attack triggers Mark Consume Magic Damage. Mark Consume Magic Damage increases with the number of stacked Marks.
  • Casting W grants an enhanced MS ↑ for the first 2 seconds. Afterward, grants AS ↑ and MS ↑ for the duration. In exchange, Locke's health continuously decreases by 12%. When the duration ends or is canceled, Heal for 12%. The author wasn't able to fully understand W. This is the current understanding — please report if it's wrong.
  • E Blinks and deals Area of Effect Magic Damage. The next Basic Attack is enhanced into a Dash Area of Effect Magic Damage. If Mark is present, deals Mark Consume Magic Damage. CDR on kill participation. CC Buffer allows ignoring some CC.
  • R creates a Zone dealing Magic Damage and applying Slow, Debuff. If a target's health drops to 10% while under Debuff, it triggers Execute. Resets the Debuff duration on other targets. If Execute occurred before the duration ends, drops a relic on the ground. Picking up the relic permanently increases CDR and the execute threshold by 0.5%.
TMI
  • W cannot be cast while affected by CC. However, while W is active, it is Cancellable even if hit by CC.
  • The E skill is split into 2 phases: windup/teleport. During the windup phase, CC that hits Locke is still effective, but the Blink phase still triggers and moves him. There is no CC resistance during the Blink phase. If the CC's duration remains after teleporting, the CC effect still applies.
