Champion Notes
- Poke with E to set up position, then hit multiple targets with [[Q_FLASH]] and cast multiple R's to carry the teamfight.
- P inflicts [[DEBUFF]] (Dream Dust) on targets hit by Q, W, or E. While [[DEBUFF]] lasts, it deals [[DMG_MAGIC]] over time based on the target's max health. If the [[DEBUFF]]ed target is a champion, large monster, or epic monster, it grants [[HEAL]] over time.
- Q's [[PASSIVE_BONUS]] grants [[MS_UP]] [[BUFF_STACK]] when Q, W, E, or R hits. Max 4 stacks. On Q hit, gain Q's [[BUFF_STACK]], apply P's [[DEBUFF]], and deal [[DMG_MAGIC]]. Hitting the edge adds [[DMG_TRUE]].

- •Poke with E to set up position, then hit multiple targets with QF and cast multiple R's to carry the teamfight.
Overview
- •P inflicts Debuff (Dream Dust) on targets hit by Q, W, or E. While Debuff lasts, it deals Magic Damage over time based on the target's max health. If the Debuffed target is a champion, large monster, or epic monster, it grants Heal over time.
- •Q's Passive Bonus grants MS ↑ Buff Stack when Q, W, E, or R hits. Max 4 stacks. On Q hit, gain Q's Buff Stack, apply P's Debuff, and deal Magic Damage. Hitting the edge adds True Damage.
- •W Dashes and slams down. However, it cannot cross walls. On hit, gain Q's Buff Stack, apply P's Debuff, and deal Magic Damage. Hitting the center deals large Magic Damage.
- •E rolls a seed that keeps rolling until it hits an enemy or terrain. On hit, AoE gain Q's Buff Stack, apply P's Debuff, and deal Magic Damage.
- •R casts drowsiness on a target with P's Debuff. Drowsiness inflicts Slow and then Sleep. Taking damage wakes them and deals additional Magic Damage.
TMI
- •Q's MS ↑ Buff Stack only triggers once per cast of Q, W, E, or R. Hitting multiple targets at once still only adds 1 stack.
- •W is interrupted by CC, but whether damage lands depends on the motion: 1. If CC lands while Lillia is winding up her staff, no damage is dealt 2. If CC lands while she swings the staff down, movement is interrupted but damage still lands.
