Illaoi Champion Guide
Overview
- •P Summons tentacles nearby. Hitting enemy champions with W or E makes the tentacles attack. AoE Physical Damage. When a tentacle lands an On Enemy Champion Hit, Illaoi Heals based on Missing HP.
- •Q's Passive Bonus increases the tentacles' Physical Damage.
- •Q deals AoE Physical Damage.
- •W makes the next Basic Attack Empowered. On attack, Illaoi Dashes and deals Physical Damage based on Target's Max HP, and tentacles Summoned around the target slam it. Can AA Reset.
- •E extracts a soul on On Enemy Champion Hit. (Clone Summon)
Attacking the soul transfers part of the Physical Damage to the original.
Killing the soul or the target leaving the AoE applies a Debuff.
When the Debuff is applied, the target is briefly Slowed
and tentacles around the target slam it.
If there are no tentacles, one is Summoned to attack.
- •R Lunges while Unstoppable, dealing AoE Physical Damage.
Summons 1 temporary tentacle per enemy champion hit.
For 8 seconds, all nearby tentacles become Untargetable,
tentacles gain 50%
AS ↑,
and W's Cooldown gets 
CDR down to 2 seconds.
