Overview
- •Hwei prepares a skill by pressing Q, W, or E. This changes Q, W, E, and R — R becomes a cancel button. Q: 3 high-damage skills W: 3 ally utility skills E: 3 CC skills Including the base R, Hwei has 10 skills total.
- •P: Applying Debuff with a skill, then applying it again triggers an explosion at the target's feet for Area of Effect Magic Damage.
- •Q — Red damage skills. QQ: Area of Effect Magic Damage and Debuff scaling with enemy max HP. QW: Area of Effect Magic Damage and Debuff. Bonus damage scaling with missing HP against isolated or immobilized champions. QE: Zone DoT Magic Damage with Debuff and Slow.
- •W — Blue ally Buff skills. WQ: Zone that grants ally MS ↑. WW: Zone that continuously regenerates a Shield. WE: Adds 3 Buff stacks. Each skill or Basic Attack consumes 1 stack. Each stack provides Mana Restore and Magic Damage. Basic Attacks also apply Debuff.
- •E — Purple CC skills. EQ: Fires a Single Target-target Projectile applying Fear and Debuff. EW: Places a Zone, then after a delay the zone collapses and fires a Root Debuff Projectile at enemy champions inside. Cannot Pierce — blocked by minions. EE: Area of Effect Airborne, Slow, and Debuff.
- •R: Fires a Projectile. Hitting an enemy champion creates an Aura around them. The Aura deals DoT Magic Damage and stacking Slow. Applies Debuff once. After a delay, the Aura explodes for Area of Effect Magic Damage.
TMI
- •QE and R apply persistent Slow.
- •WW Shield is 15% less effective on allies.
- •Skills that apply P's Debuff: QQ, QW, QE, WE (Basic Attack) EQ, EW, EE, R (on contact with the Aura)
- •Preparing a skill with Q, W, or E during recall does not cancel the recall.
