•Engage with Q, apply AoE Stun and Debuff with R, keep the Debuff active by staying close with W, hit unaffected enemies with Basic Attack, and mix in E.
•Use Q and R defensively against incoming enemies.

Overview

•Hitting a champion with Basic Attack applies Debuff. When that target takes Magic Damage, it triggers bonus True Damage. Can apply to multiple targets.
•Hitting with Q Dashes to the target. Follows the target if they move.
•W resets the duration of P's Debuff.
•E strikes nearby targets. Cooldown decreases the more Amumu gets hit.
•R applies Stun and P's Debuff to all targets hit.

•R cannot be used while Q is in flight
•Q is split into two phases: throwing phase / dash phase. Even if hit by CC during the throwing phase, if the bandage connects, the dash phase activates and Amumu still moves. However, the CC remains active.
•Q's Homing Dash follows the target even if they use Cleanse to remove the Stun or use mobility abilities like Flash, Galeforce, etc.
•Q appears to have a maximum follow distance/time — roughly the distance between the 1st and 2nd mid lane towers.
•There is a delay (wind-up) between pressing the R button and the skill being activated. Cast-time is quite noticeable.

•Poke with Q skills, then limit movement with E skills and land R for area damage.
•After landing R, use QE and EE to trigger as many P Debuff explosions as possible for maximum Area of Effect Magic Damage.

Overview

•Hwei prepares a skill by pressing Q, W, or E. This changes Q, W, E, and R — R becomes a cancel button. Q: 3 high-damage skills W: 3 ally utility skills E: 3 CC skills Including the base R, Hwei has 10 skills total.
•P: Applying Debuff with a skill, then applying it again triggers an explosion at the target's feet for Area of Effect Magic Damage.
•Q — Red damage skills. QQ: Area of Effect Magic Damage and Debuff scaling with enemy max HP. QW: Area of Effect Magic Damage and Debuff. Bonus damage scaling with missing HP against isolated or immobilized champions. QE: Zone DoT Magic Damage with Debuff and Slow.
•W — Blue ally Buff skills. WQ: Zone that grants ally MS ↑. WW: Zone that continuously regenerates a Shield. WE: Adds 3 Buff stacks. Each skill or Basic Attack consumes 1 stack. Each stack provides Mana Restore and Magic Damage. Basic Attacks also apply Debuff.
•E — Purple CC skills. EQ: Fires a Single Target-target Projectile applying Fear and Debuff. EW: Places a Zone, then after a delay the zone collapses and fires a Root Debuff Projectile at enemy champions inside. Cannot Pierce — blocked by minions. EE: Area of Effect Airborne, Slow, and Debuff.
•R: Fires a Projectile. Hitting an enemy champion creates an Aura around them. The Aura deals DoT Magic Damage and stacking Slow. Applies Debuff once. After a delay, the Aura explodes for Area of Effect Magic Damage.
