- Ambessa's R Suppress cannot interrupt Shaco's R Channel.
- Ambessa's R Unstoppable can ignore Shaco's W Fear. However, Fear remains after Unstoppable ends. However, this only applies to Fear triggered when Ambessa is standing on a freshly-placed box as it turns Invisibility and the Trap activates.
- However, Fear triggered by stepping on an already-active Shaco W cannot be ignored; Ambessa's R used at the timing when a freshly-placed Shaco W disappears and then activates can ignore it. However, Fear still applies.

Overview
- •Using a skill grants a P stack below the HP bar. Hitting Basic Attack consumes stacks to Energy Restore. Using a skill then moving triggers Dash.
- •Weaving basic attacks between skills is recommended.
- •Q1 hits the edge. Q2 deals heavy damage to the first target. Q2 is unavailable if Q1 misses.
- •W provides Shield and area damage.
- •E spins in place. Dash triggers E2 automatically. Without dashing, E2 does not activate.
- •R's Lifesteal and AR Penet are Passive Bonus effects — active as long as R is leveled. Effectively grants Lifesteal on all skills.
- •R only hits the rearmost enemy champion in its path. Suppress on impact, brief Stun and damage on landing. Following up with Q immediately is the standard combo.

- •Wall Hop via Ambessa's P is not possible.
- •W has a 0.5s cast time. If hit during that window, W deals empowered damage.
- •R's Suppress hitbox is notably powerful. It ignores CC Buffer and Suppresses on the spot.
