- Ambessa's R Suppress cannot interrupt Sett's W. However, using Ambessa's R immediately upon seeing Sett's W will Blink behind Sett, avoiding the hit.
- Ambessa and Sett R Unstoppable interaction. When Ambessa and Sett use R on each other: 1. When used at exactly the same time: Sett slams down as if Suppressing Ambessa. Sett's skill is valid. Ambessa stays in place and her skill is invalid. 2. When Ambessa uses R slightly earlier: Sett slams down as if Suppressing Ambessa. Sett's skill is valid. Ambessa moves toward Sett's back — since Sett rotates in the air, Ambessa Blinks to Sett's rear or rear-left/right. 3. When Ambessa uses R much earlier and Sett uses R just as it activates: Sett wins the interaction completely. Sett Suppresses and slams down Ambessa.

Overview
- •Using a skill grants a P stack below the HP bar. Hitting Basic Attack consumes stacks to Energy Restore. Using a skill then moving triggers Dash.
- •Weaving basic attacks between skills is recommended.
- •Q1 hits the edge. Q2 deals heavy damage to the first target. Q2 is unavailable if Q1 misses.
- •W provides Shield and area damage.
- •E spins in place. Dash triggers E2 automatically. Without dashing, E2 does not activate.
- •R's Lifesteal and AR Penet are Passive Bonus effects — active as long as R is leveled. Effectively grants Lifesteal on all skills.
- •R only hits the rearmost enemy champion in its path. Suppress on impact, brief Stun and damage on landing. Following up with Q immediately is the standard combo.

- •Wall Hop via Ambessa's P is not possible.
- •W has a 0.5s cast time. If hit during that window, W deals empowered damage.
- •R's Suppress hitbox is notably powerful. It ignores CC Buffer and Suppresses on the spot.
